I’m starting next week’s post a little early so you can have access to these spreadsheets. These are the tools we’ll be using Monday. Please download if you plan to bring your laptop. If not, no worries! We’ll have paper copies, too.

You’ll still find the costing tool spreadsheets below. The Food Product one has prompts and examples in the second and third tabs.

If you want to hash out your costs and pricing with our team, it’s a great use of a Business Boost meeting. Sign up anytime at the link on the main page of this hub and come ready with a list of your costs.

Homework:

Determine the cost of one of your products or services. We’ll share what we learned next week. (This is also the work that will move you ahead on the Camp Progress Map.)

Reminder for food businesses:

On May 7th, you’ll be taking the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Exam. This is the certification you need to get a food license. You’ll want to get your hands on this book ASAP so you can study. Sometimes you can find a used book somewhere. NOTE: If you don’t pass the first time, you’ll need to pay to take it again.
